About Us

Pizza Doce is the pizzeria brand of Bread Funatics, the bakery who brought the “better bread” campaign in Cebu.

The idea of extending the sourdough creation to pizza has been in our roadmap since the inception of Bread Funatics and the recent transfer to a bigger and more workable space at Red Coco Town paved the way to finally offer what was our occassional team lunch and snacks to our beloved loyal customers.

The newly launched Pizzeria is aimed to serve as the catalyst for locals to finally embrace the wonderful flavor profile of sourdough baked goodies.

We take pride in our whole line of sourdough buns and sourdough croissants and we are excited to share the same success with our pizza. We are designing this product and offerings to be easily franchisable and manageable so we can further spread our reach outside of Lapulapu city.

We look forward to get some comments and reviews about our products so we can continue to improve them, continue to brainstorm of what to offer next.

Only the Best Ingredients

We use the best sustainable ingredients that we can buy from our local suppliers producers, and growers even if they are expensive or costly.

We take the time fermenting our dough for even as long as 3 days before they are ready to bake. We will not compromise on flavor and quality.

Purest at heart

We are crazy about doing things properly and doing them the traditional way. We do wish to cut corners, automate production, use additives so our dough can be handled easily even by those who just started to learn the art of bread making.

As much as possible, we strive to remain pure and old school.
